My family cinema - zero support

MFC is great UNTIL you have a problem. Their customer service is atrocious. They take weeks to respond if they respond at all. So if you have an issue consider it to be a frustrating road ahead. According the their accounts department my payment was unsuccessful this month, which surprises me as there w efficient funds. Even checked with my bank to confirm. Trying to resolve the problem on your profile dashboard is frustrating because it's not user friendly. I have sent their support an email but zero response. I don't want to Re subscribe and then they debit my account twice each month. Beware, a wonderful as the packages are... Once a problem arises. You are on your own.
