My Family Cinema updates?

The weekly updates for Blue bloods and SWAT are not being done. The episodes show but "not connected". As it is, the weekly updates for the other tv series, takes about 3 to 4 days after they have been aired !!! The annual renewal fee went up alot. Is there a SLA in place or can they just update as and when
