My Family Cinema- Unauthorized debit from my account, false advertising!!!

On the 18th December 2023 I downloaded the ' My family Cinema' application since I bought a Android tv box and wanted to connect with the Duo package since I thought it would have more options than the basic package which is R75 pm. My understanding was that the Duo package is R99 pm as that was highlighted in BOLD when dojng the application online. Shortly thereafter I received a notification from my bank that a total of R 1199 was deducted from my bank account which is not what I signed up for. The Duo package was indicated as R 99 pm and total for the year came to R 1199. Not once during the payment process was it mentioned that, that was the total amount that would be deducted from my account which leads me to believe that as a new customer I was misled by your false adverti*****t and why was this not confirmed before payment was processed? Surely when you sign up for a package like this you would expect it to be on a monthly basis so when did I give consent to have the full yearly amount deducted ?? I cannot afford this right now and the money that was deducted from my account is funds that's needed to cover extra expenses I have during this season.

I've send numerous emails to your company and had no response until now. This is an urgent matter and I would really like if someone can assist to change the package to a monthly option where I just pay the R99 pm and if not I want to cancel my subscription and have my money refunded as soon as possible.
