My Family Cinema is a no-no!

On 9.03.25 I tried to take up the 7 day free trial advertised by My Family Cinema. This did not prove successful and I had to pay the month's subscription in order to download onto my laptop. This was a mission impossible, as my laptop is underpowered and does not support this site. I emailed the support centre and asked for help, which was/is not forthcoming, and then asked for a refund of my subscription. Well, that's also a mission impossible, as I keep getting a reply saying they are looking into the matter.! As of today, 24.03.25 there is no refund or help! I would steer clear of My Family Cinema!

All I want is a refund! Not difficult!!!
