My Family Cinema blocked IP Address

MFC had apparently blocked my IP address. There is no way that you can contact them. Only to fill in n form. Did that like 4 times and still no response from them not even a email to say that they have received it. Because of this some of my apps don't work. They can take your money but when there is a problem no one to assist you
