My Family Cinema Beware No Response At All

I have been subscribing to My Family Cinema since 2023 and all was going well with them debiting their monthly subscription of R74 from my bank account. Then in August 2024 for some reason they were no longer going to do monthly debits. I paid in September 2024 and could use their service for the month, then on 2 Oct 2024 I paid for another month. This time however they failed to update my subscription. My bank account shows they've received my money. I have emailed them countless times, and even spoke to an automated service on another media platform, and today the only email/contact I've received from them is offers for annual subscription, which I am not interested in. Still no service being rendered for my monthly subscription which they've received, and I doubt very much I'll get in contact with anyone for a refund. Thankfully I did not take an annual subscription with more than one device.
