My family cinema

Impossible to install on Hisense smart tv with VIDAA operating system in SA. Apparently only works if you can access Google Play Store or if TV runs off Android OS. APK downloads not supported on Hisense model 70A6H in SA, it would seem (we tried getting an APK downloader - doesn't work either). Side loading does not work either. Extremely disappointing - I will be requesting a refund which I sincerely hope will be approved... There should be clear and upfront declarations by MFC regarding limitations/excluded devices.
