MFC-DOUBLE DEDUCTING A MONTH

I am furious!!! Wrote more than 5 emails with NO RESPONSE AT ALL!! For months MFC has been deducting TWICE a month and no one replies to my emails!! I have attached all the evidence as requested but still no REPLY!! Can you at least have the decency to get back to me!
