False Advertising and poor customer care

“False advertising” if I can call it. I payed for a yearly subscription for MyFamilyCinema and on the website they says compatible with smart tv and only to find out after I had paid that this only works on android devices. No communication regarding a refund or any help of the sort. Terrible explanation on the website and I recommend that no ones uses this as the platform is not user friendly. Extremely frustrated as I am unable to use this serves that I have now payed for a year in advance.
