Does My Family Cinema mean what they promote?

Regarding My Family Cinema: The problem I have with My Family Cinema is that they don't take responsibility for the content on their platform. Apparently 'users' upload movies and series by uploading their cloud to the MFC platform. That means, like in my case with watching 'Silo,' that if the 'user' did not upload all the seasons, you can't see it, and My Family Cinema (MFC) does not take responsibility, even if you pay your monthly fee to them and not to these 'users.' I loved Silo, but I was only able to watch seasons 1 and 2. So sad. 😭 So, no, when they promote their platform with the words, 'don't miss anything,' they don't really mean it.
