Basic Monthly Renewal Sucks!! Get it right!!

Why is it so difficult to renew a monthly subscription?!?! When we want to pay manually when we have missed the deductible date because of our boss not paying money on time when over a weekend or paying the next few days! We can not pay it in.... Because you only always give options for Basic yearly, Duo Yearly and Family Yearly! What's up with that!? Monthly subscription is supposed to be first??!! Why do you make it so difficult to pay monthly fees!? Just let the iT guys put it in the main "choose your plan scan" It's really not that difficult! You will loose customers like that, and I know you are losing customers like that. Cos Netflixakes it super easy when you just missed your monthly payment! You just quickly pay them and your back online. Guys, you really need to start thinking about the basic things. You have creative and departmental management issues!
