Bad support

Support is non existing. I have send numerous emails to: ***. No feedback, Send email to; ***. No feedback. Send email to; ***. No feedback. I have made a payment but it shows "unfinished" in the order section. Even on the "online help" tab, i cannot type anything because a red circle keeps popping up on it. My account is going to expire in 2 days and i have been trying to get help from them for a week now. Very bad support service
