DEBIT ORDER CANCELLATION

Hi I app**** for a contract phone with my deals from Randburg they said they will start to debit my account once have received the phone but to my shock yesterday they debited my account and there is no phone that I have received from them can you please assist with the reversal of that money on my account and cancel that debit order
