Pathetic Service

I have bought a Pre - owned Car from this company. On the day the car was delivered to me it was an absolute mess on the inside, They did not have the decency to bring the car in a nice state that had been washed on the inside and outside after me spending money on this vehicle. They also did not provide me with the registration documents and the License Documents. I had to drive around with an expired license disk for almost a week. Plus I had discovered that the USB in the car was damaged and other snags which the dealership did not take any responsibility for and told me this was at my own expense to get it sorted out. They did not bring me the spare key upon delivery of the vehicle and a week later the dealership does not even have the respect to drop the key off at me when it was supposed to have been given to me when the car was delivered. I highly recommend the public or any company not to buy any car from this dealership as their service is a disgrace and management are nonchalant about client service and on what condition to deliver pre owned vehicles to a new client. Rather look for another dealership that can offer customer service that you expect when buying a car.
