I am disappointed by the lack of transparency from My Brand Group. My insurance paid out R187,000 for my replacement vehicle, and I was told to pay an additional R21,082 because the vehicle supposedly cost around R200,000. However, after obtaining the dealership invoice, I discovered the vehicle actually cost R196,484.99. The difference between the insurance payout and the dealership invoice is only R9,484.99, yet I was charged R21,082. This leaves an unexplained difference of R11,597.01. I feel misled and believe the costs were inflated to justify charging me more than the actual shortfall.
