I was introduced to a gentleman by the name of Musa in 2016. I wanted to trade in my vehicle for a smaller car. He was able to assist , we got a smaller car and the deal was sealed. To my surprised my bank has now (5years later) come back to me saying my account is in areas meanwhile the car is now supposed to be paid up. I have tried to contact Musa who was the sales person responsible for the deal and he is unable to answer my questions. How is there a Balloon payment when this was a trade in purchase? He has told me that he can only assist me on Monday , however I cannot wait that long as the amount owed to the bank is incurring interest. I was never advise of any Balloon payment when I purchased the vehicle.My Brand group will have to provide me with my record of advice ... Thats if it was done. I will be taking this up with the Motor Industry Ombudsman .
