ZOOM -MWEB Fiber

I have been a Zoom - MWEB customer for the past 3 years and I am appalled by the technical service received from them, my fiber line has been down for the past 8 days, I called them everyday since and to date no one has contacted me regarding this matter, they have no urgency whatsoever, they do not give a damn about their customers. The do not forget to run their debit every month but for any other service they are an absolute nightmare to deal with. I do not advise anybody to sign up with them or Zoom fiber because I do believe they are connected. I cancelled and signed up with a new service provider however the new provider is unable to connect me because Zoom fiber line is still showing as active on my property ..
