Zero Service - Useless company

This company has been one the most toxic companies I've ever had to deal with. I haven't got internet in two weeks, I've cancelled with them. They still billed me. Called to fix the issue, agent answers and dropped the call, and this happened so many times. it usually takes 25 minutes for an agent to answer a call. first month I joined them, they left me for a whole without internet. Now I've finally cancelled, I guess because now that they've billed me, no internet for last month. beware ⚠️
