Zero Service delivery,

I sent request to close my account in Oct 2024, only to find that it was in fact closed in March 2025. No contact since then. Out of the blue, phone call that I owe money. Proof of payments sent and still no confirmation that my account has been closed. My emails are being ignored, I cant get through helpline.

This company is terrible, I just realised they don't even response to posts on this site. THEY MUST JUST NEVER CONTACT ME AGAIN!!!!!!!
