Zero response to ticket query for 5 days !!!!

Despite many ticket requests on their website they have still not bothered to even acknowledge the ticket since Sunday. BUT, I need to still pay for an intermittent service ???? Mweb .... when will you resolve my issue and stop passing the buck ????
