Zero Customer Support

Absolutely shocking poor service - I have been losing all my emails for a week and cannot get hold of anyone at their support service to try and resolve the issue. I will switch to a different domain immediately if I could. Oh, and they don't even deserve 1 star, it should be 0 out of 5.
