Zero customer service

Non-existent customer service. Been waiting to speak to an accounts and billing consultant for over an hour. When I selected to speak to a sales consultant, there was an immediate consultant online who has transferred me back to accounts and billing where I am yet again, waiting. They clearly only want to speak to you if you're a new customer so they can take your money.
