Zero customer service / deliverance

They do not I repeat DO NOT even deserve my 1 star!!! It’s been 2weeks of an incomplete order..I mean I’ve tried all means to communicate & this is my final straw, either you come install the router or I’ll have to move to a different service provider!! They so quick to sell you dreams (the call centre) but when it’s time to deliver then suddenly it’s vuma & not them etc..you guys are slacking ..this entire process has been nothing but frustrating! I’m not waiting another 7days if you can’t help then cancel my order!
