Zero customer service

I was informed on the 8 November that I need to pay cancellation fees as I terminated my contract. Tried to call the contact service worse customer service ever. Have only been with them for 4 months and it has been the worst. Network drops daily now it's the cancellation. I refuse to be ****med into cancellation fees and request my line to be released immediately.
