Your courier partners is giving you a bad name

Absolutely disgusted by the service received. I have been promised an immediate callback. That was Friday 03 November. It is the 11 and I am still waiting. Ordered a modem and paid for it on 12 October - a month later and still no delivery. This is due to the incompetence of the delivery service provider CCD couriers and Convergex.
