your consultant **** to me

I am an mweb subscriber with 4meg uncapped adsl.Mweb is throttling my account on 88gig due to the fair usage policy.When I signed up the consultant told me that fair usage policy will only be app**** when the account reached 110gig.I mentioned this in a mail to mweb on more than one occassion but the only response is an automated one saying i exceeded my usage,I work alone from home and when my pc crashed i lost everything nothing was backed up.I had to scour the internet to find alot of old software and so my usage was abit more than usual.If I am the only here one being unreasonable please let me know I will appreciate your feedback whether positive or not.Thankyou...Feeling kinda bul**** cant do a damn thing
