Your after Sales SUCK BIG TIME MWEB...

To start off we had no problems with our Adsl, then we want to move to fiber line no problem again, the installation were really fast had everything setup in 5 days, prior to installation we did inform then that we will maybe move to another premises in 2 to 3 months time. Mweb informed us that this will not be a problem as long as the new premises support fiber, and that there will be no cost involved for moving the fiber line. When we informed them 2 weeks ago we are moving at end of January into new premises now absolutely no assistance ,i have been sending emails the last 2 weeks 1 reply asking the location pinpoint , The mails that i am sending i do receive read reply's but NO REPLY form Mweb . Your after Sales SUCK BIG TIME MWEB...
