Mweb has been extremely disappointing as a fibre ISP. My mother cancelled her services with them several months ago, yet they handed her account over due to their own administrative failures. She doesn’t owe them anything, but instead of resolving the issue, they have targeted a pensioner with unnecessary legal action. To make matters worse, they continue to deduct money from her account each month despite the cancellation.
