You pay for a service that is not even connected.

I ordered fibre from Mweb. The router was delivered and Mweb started charging despite me telling them that there is no ONT in the house to connect the router to. I called MANY times and I kept been given a different turnaround time of when the ONT will be installed which never happened. I work from home and I have had to make alternative plans to get internet. Now when i cancel they tell me that i have to pay R2800 for cancellation which is beyond crazy because I HAVE NOT used their product because of their inefficiencies.
