You guys are absolute ****mers!!! As of 6 December 2024, I received notification regarding my suspended account and that my debit order of R1,521.24 was unsuccessful. I was aware of this and had planned to call to make arrangements. Mind you, the account was already suspended and I had no internet connection for the month of December, January and February. On 3 January 2025, Mweb tried to debit a Whopping R4,446.24. Where did this amount come from??? Obviously I did not budget for this amount to go off. On 14 February 2025, I received notification that my account has been handed over with this incorrect amount of R4,446.24. Now I am being harassed by LexMed Debt Management telling me my total to pay is now R5,017.70. Absolute *******!!! You guys need to fix this. I have proof of every single email communication regarding my account. You guys are ****MERS I want this fix Now!!!!
