Would not recommend these *********** people

I ordered installation for fibre mid month April. I spoke to someone called Scott Ross and I was asked to pay R249. I paid the amount and was told they would get me up and running soon. A day later they tried to debit my account of some R498. The fibre package I ordered was R689. Now, I have no problem paying for the order but how do you debit my account even broer setting my connection up? And isn’t the amount supposed to be pro rated since it was mid month? R498 + R249 is R947. How did we get there? I eventually got a better ISP who set me up within 2 days of ordering. I sent Scott an email requesting them to cancel the order, I got no response yet he would reply consistently when he was still chasing the sale. Calling them is no use also because the phone goes unanswered.
