Would not recommend as an ISP

I've been with mweb since last year and I haven't had an issue with them before, but ever since Monday (05/12/2022) I would not recommend MWeb to anyone looking for an ISP now...

I've been struggling to get into contact with MWEB since Monday afternoon (05/12/2022) after the terrible storm we had in JHB and my WIFI has been down since then. I made multiple phone calls Monday (05/12/2022), Tuesday (06/12/2022) and Wednesday (07/12/2022) waiting for someone to answer my call and all I got were the voice prompts and waiting area. I have now wasted more than R100 airtime and when I eventually got through my call cut and no one bothered to call me back. I urgently need someone from the technical department to contact me as I need my wifi for work purposes.
