Would never recommend this service provider to my worst enemy

I acquired a contract with Mweb on 25 January 2022 and they told me that my Fibre was active I have been calling them since the day for them to assist with router connection but they have been failing to assist me and what I fail to understand why did they not send someone to setup the router for why do I have to do it myself. I don’t even know how much I have spent on airtime calling them I am very livid with their service would not even recommend them to anyone.
