Worst web company

I recently signed a debit order with them with regards to web and domain hosting. It stated that they take up to 6 hours for me to receive my domain. I am still on "Authorising". It has been 4 days. Still no reply. Was on hold on the phone for 1+ hours every day since. Worst company to exist with regards to this
