worst than pathetic service.

i wish i could rate the mweb service less than one. i can't believe that it would actually take an entire month to get one installation done. it is the 1st time i use the mweb service and so far i am not impressed at all. if there's anything less than pathetic service, this would be it. i thought that Telkom was bad, but this is something else. the call center is the worst.
