Worst tecnical service

worst service ever, log a technical fualt online, no response at all, tried to call, it took me 3min just to go through the auto telephone system to be number 34 in the que after 20 min I was cut off, their on hold system request you to log a call online or ref. you to the self help online service, just wondering how must we do it if my internet connection is down... If I dont have data on my phone how will it help me, so must I get a "backup system" for my internet when my internet is down? (a more reliable provider).... Rather move over to them.... they are fast to sign you up and sell you the product but NO AFTER SALES SERVICE.... I cant wait for my contract to end. Will NOT Recommended this provider to any one.
