Worst services provider ever

It's been a week that my wifi has been off and all they do is log a ticket and that's where they stop. Fot the month of June I've only had wifi for 11 days. My WiFi has been off more this month than what it's been on for. This has been one of the worst services I've ever received from a service provider.
