Worst serviceever
Struggling from Friday to get a relocation done. Worst service EVER. Their excuse is they dont work over weekends. We requested this on FRIDAY. When I phone, the call gets dropped in my ear. I work from home and I am losing money due to their incompetence.

Maybe Mweb should train their people on how to do their jobs. It is now almost a week of waiting for the relocation of our internet. PATHETIC! They don't come back to you about anything. Had to get a Rain router while waiting for these *********** people to do their jobs.
