Worst Service received from any service provider used up and till now.

Mweb was always good to me and always referred people to them if suggestions were asked. For the past three weeks I probably received the worst service as from any service provider in the past. I have a 100mbs fibre line at my house but for the past 3 week my internet speeds drop in the evening to barely 20mbs. Done all the necessary tests and can almost guarantee that the problem is with the line. Since my last case was reported nobody is coming back to me with any kind of constructive feedback. The lady from openserve told me that the drop can be due to lines that are overloaded on the evening. Really on a fibre line thats supposed to give me 100mbs speeds drop to 20mbs (even lower sometimes) in the evening. Sorry I dont buy that. Thus I do not recommend mweb using Openserve’s infrastructure as the service delivery is a joke. I have waited 3 weeks to get this problem sorted without any success or decent feedback and the reason for my post for others to see and to search a provider who can provide service.
