Worst service provider I’ve ever dealt with

MWEB has to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Literally no customer service, you call, you post queries on their online portal, but all tickets get closed without being resolved. It’s now been 4 months without internet (MWEB breached the contract), but they fail to terminate the contract. I’ve called countless times with no resolution. They aren’t even worthy of 1 star!
