WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!

I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. I pay my bill on time, but for 2 weeks now I still don’t have wifi. I mean, I have children, they need wifi for homework and for TV. This is unacceptable, first I had to call you and spend more than an hour on a phone call just to be given a ticket number, and had to follow up myself with Vumatel which also did not help at all. I have read reviews about Mweb but I had no idea you were worse than people say you are. I already lost about R500 in this period due to the poor service received from you, I am disappointed to the core.
