Worst service provider ever

Mweb enjoys taking monthly fees from clients for their Fibre packages, even though they are not able to resolve the intermitent service. They even had Vumatel try and resolve the issue directly, without success. But every month they want their money, even after the original contract period lapsed. They demand a 1 month notice period for termination. Even after 3 months of confirming the fault and not fixing it. Most rediculous service ever.
