WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

If stars could go into a minus, i would defnitely rate your service MINUS 5 STARS. you are the most useless service provider ever. I moved to another house, so i send in a moving request. im still waiting for it to happen, some guy promised it will be done in the next 24 hours, then when i called in again the lady was so rude shouted in my husbands ear and said it will take 2 weeks. YOU ALREADY DEDUCTED THE MONEY FOR THE FIBRE BUT I DONT HAVE ANY CONNECTION. PLEASE SORT THIS ISSUE OUT ASAP OR I WILL GET MY LAWYER TO CONTACT YOU
