Worst service provider

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever experienced in any capacity in my life. I opened my account on 25th, it only worked that Friday. It’s now the 29, I have logged numerous queries to no avail. I even cancelled my subscription yesterday, but even that is a mission. I don’t know how this company has stayed in business this long.
