Worst Service Provider

Worst Service Provider ever. Ordered uncapped LTE during October. Took more than a month to deliver. Received router on 28 November. Waited 2 days for RICA to complete. After 2 days tried to sign in and it says you have exceeded your data limit. Contacted MWEB. Waited more than an hour before call answered. They informed that the RICA is not done. They will escalate to MTN. In the meantime they have deducted money from my account and I am not getting any services. Stay away from MWEB.
