Worst service provider

So I have the Lte uncapped WiFi. There has never being a month ever since I have started using Mweb whereby I don't get internet issues. When I call they either put you on hold for very long intentionally ensuring that you run out of airtime, or blame MTN and say call MTN. When you call MTN it ensures you that all is ok on their side the problem is with Mweb. As is am not connected on the wifi but it says no internet. Mweb service is the worst and they never resolve any of the issues I have brought forward instead they are too quick to debit and would not even say since you never had internet connection for so and so many days, we will discount.
