WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

My wifi router was hit by lightning tried to call and chat to them for 3 weeks phones are never answered you just wait inline until your airtime is finished, on chats no one ever replies you also just sit and hope to get a response…I tried contacting them to get a replacement router until I gave up and my insurance gave me a new one now I can’t even use it as it needs to be linked to my account and once again MWEB never answers their phones chats or anything, THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT DOESNT GET DELIVERED
