Worst service provider

I do not recommend MWeb to anyone as there is no end to the slow internet it reminds me of my previous provider and adsl line. No value for money and no customer service. Just another number out of the lot. I ask for a technical person to call me and this only happened once a few months back and the issue was temporarily patched up as in a few days the internet was back to snail paste. Someone with more expertise needs to look a bit deeper to fix this or I suspect MWeb is folding this deliberate to force customers to pay more.
