Worst Service Possible.

Would have given 0 stars if possible. My review is based on a fibre order from Mweb. Firstly, their fibre order takes so much longer than any other service provider. Be prepared to wait at least a month. Secondly, you never, ever get a hold of anyone on customer care/sales/technical assistance. I can't even manage to cancel my order, as I can't get a hold of anyone! Pathetic service Mweb!
