Worst Service on this Planet

I would not rate them even a 1 star! Worst service ever! Good luck to ALL who apply for mweb fibre packages... I have had 7 of my residents apply for packages and EVERY SINGLE ONE has been a nightmare! The latest app**** on 2 November 2022 today 8 December 2022 still nothing, have spent in excess of 345 minutes on the phone and being cut off by support, technical and sales. Also been transfered to 37 different people. Mweb blames the backbone provider FF and visa versa... Mweb! Shame
